I booked a climate controlled unit. I had my belongings here for less than two months. I moved out today, and my unit was wet! Some of my stuff has mold and I have to throw it away!!!! Absolutely awful!

On move-in day, the front door of the building had a damaged lock and latch, so the front door did not close. The facility promised to repair this, but two months later, it was not repaired, and all my belongings were stolen from my unit. Because of the continuously broken door, and how quickly my unit was robbed, it is safe to assume that this is a common target, and is not a safe place to keep possessions. UPDATE: I did call them, and was informed that they will do nothing to change or repair the situation, as it is company policy to keep those doors unlocked.
