Go Store It Self Storage

Update. We finally got into our storage unit. Come to find out that it has been burglarized. There are possessions that are not even ours in the unit and significant number of r stuff is missing but the management claims nobody's been in there and that the locks were not changed. It's either fraudulent, malpractice or incompetence. Do not rent here The worst customer service. No one is ever onsite and foreign-based heavily accented call center customer support that promises to contact you back within a day or two. I can't wait to get my stuff out of here. They love collecting their money, but when you need them for something, it's a different story.

All of my storage bins and moving supplies were stolen from my unit, yet everything else was left untouched. My lock showed no signs of damage, so it seems someone picked it. Until management addresses the ongoing security issues, I would not recommend storing anything here. The loading doors are often broken, making it easy for anyone to enter, and one of the elevators doesn’t require an access code, allowing unauthorized individuals to move freely throughout the facility.

Today was nice in day for me at Go Store It. I signed up online by encountered a problem once I reached the premises. I called and was connected to Melric. He was able to help me transfer to a bigger storage that was in a more convenient location. I really appreciated his fast and efficient customer I was able to move into the unit I preferred. Thank you, Melric!
