I cannot say enough great things about Anna, the customer service specialist at Great American Storage in Mooresville. From the moment I walked in, she set the tone with her warm personality, professionalism, and genuine willingness to help. She goes above and beyond in every interaction, making the entire process smooth, stress-free, and actually enjoyable. Anna is incredibly knowledgeable about the facility, pricing, unit options, and policies, and she takes the time to explain everything clearly without ever making you feel rushed. What really stood out to me was how attentive and patient she was, she truly listens and finds solutions that fit your exact needs. It’s rare to find customer service this good anywhere. If every business had an “Anna,” the world would run a lot smoother. She’s the reason I chose Great American Storage and why I’ll continue to recommend them to anyone needing storage in the Mooresville area. She is an absolute rockstar!

I went in looking for storage to declutter my home. I wasn't exactly sure what I needed. They welcomed me as soon as I walked in the door, offered my son snacks and drinks and explained everything to me in great detail. They also saved me a few bucks by being completely honest about what I truly needed. Great ladies in there working diligently to meet their customers needs!! Beautiful too!! Highly recommend these units!! They also have some of the more spacious isles compared to other facilities I've been to. They thought of everything here!!

UPDATE: I was done with needing the unit and moved out of it. I must say this company was great with getting my unit closed out in a timely manner. I even got a bit of a refund because i was paid up for the month and moved out sooner!! I would HIGHLY recommend this storage company for all your storage needs. Excellent service! Thank you Great American Storage. I just did a stop in to check for pricing and availability. The gentleman at the front desk, named Speedy, was absolutely fantastic and on top of his game. He was very kind, very helpful and showed me around. I mentioned I was shopping around for now, but after my interaction with him and the businesses pricing, location and cleanliness of the building, I was SOLD! I rented a space right then and there!! Thank you Speedy & Great American Storage!! Give that man a a well deserved raise!
