I had a lot of problems when it came to switching payments on the portal, no one ever listened or followed through via customer service. Additionally they increased the rent by $40+ after a couple months of being there and didn’t send any notice. I did also have a problem with trying to contact the manager of this property about a curtain rod that fell down into someone else’s unit, she said she would retrieve it but never followed through with communication or her word, ended up being able to get it when someone else moved out. Pros are easy move-in process, customer service availability in the lobby (no actual in person service though), clean/nice facility with storage carts, and easy move out process.

The onsite customer service reps at the Mooresville Joanne lane location are absolutely amazing! They are polite and gracious. I had a really confusing and difficult situation recently that started with the 1-800 customer service number but was eventually reconciled through the on-site office. I've been a customer for almost a year now and and happy I chose this location.
