Superior Storage in Mooresville has been an outstanding experience from start to finish. The facility is clean, secure, and easy to access, but what truly sets it apart is the customer service. Donna at the front desk is absolutely wonderful! Friendly, knowledgeable, and always willing to go the extra mile to help. Highly recommend this location to anyone looking for reliable storage and genuinely great people to work with.

Excellent storage facility. Aaron, the manager, runs it very well -- he is accessible, informative, responsive, friendly and helpful. It is always clean, climate-controlled and well-lit. I was a satisfied customer for several years. However, I docked one star because of the company's business model to regularly raise prices by significant amounts. After 2-3 years, the rent becomes too high.

Superior Rental was a Quality experience for ME and my FAMILY. We decided to Rent 2 size Storage Areas a 10 x 30 and a 10 x 15 and Aaron was a tremendous help and reason for our choices. I achieved the rentals calling Aaron directly at your office as I’m 65 years old and not able to handle the reservations online. Aaron hand walked me through the entire process and when we completed a 3.5 hours trip moving from Raleigh to Mooresville everything was in place with the 2 storage rental units and we had a seamless transition. Kudos to Aaron and your team and a big THANK YOU FROM THE KASS FAMILY!!
