Great Value Storage

The experience I have had with this storage lot is more than disappointing and is downright ridiculous! First of all, I paid for 6 months up front and that is the only reason i stayed as long as i did! Three of the six months there had been nothing but security problems!! The lights didn’t work for months and the lot was pitch dark at night, then the fence was cut and multiple campers, trailers and RV’s were broken into(no surprise), and security gate was broken!! Fortunately, my camper was not onsite at that time. Then I get a notice that my rent is going up as of 6/1/19 and the gate is still broken!!!! Yes security cameras were just installed but what good are they if the gate is constantly broken! Are you guys serious?? Do you honestly think anyone will stay at your facility with such horrible security and a price increase? The one thing I can say positive was that Diana was super sweet and tried to do everything in her power to help! The owners need to get a clue on how to run a business and this is coming from one business owner to another. This is not how you run a business or treat your paying quality customers. It's more than just a numbers and $$ game and requires client retention. Do not rent a storage spot here unless you want your belongings broken into!

I have been asking for three or four months now when are they were going to fix the gate and I keep being told they're working on it. Today I went to go pick up my RV and the battery was stolen out of it along with the wires were cut, I feel like this could have been somewhat prevented if they had an actual gate and cameras. I strongly do not recommend this place unless you want your stuff stolen. There's also no order here, as in everyone Parks wherever they want and as close to you as they want which means you may not be able to pull your item out of its spot because it's blocked. Strongly disappointed with this place

I had my belongings in this facility for almost 2 years. When it came time for me to move them out because I had finally acquired my own apartment, the truck I was using to move my things broke down. So, I was going to be 24 to 48 hours past the three day grace at the first of the month getting my belongings out. All I had in there was three couch cushions and four boxes. I called and spoke with the assistant manager and the manager two or three times each. But, I ended up having to pay an additional 100 plus dollars for the whole month for the storage room rather than pay a prorated amount or for them to show a little compassion and or common courtesy because they had had my business steadily for 2 years. I had paid late charges more than eight months of the 22 that I had paid them. They lost a customer for life as well as learned bad advertisement because I will tell everyone how poorly I was treated at the end. Word of Mouth can make you or break you, and I hope it breaks them.
