Greenbox Self Storage

Great customer service getting into the unit. I was very happy with my time at Greenbox. It was always clean and I felt like my items were safe. Unfortunately I have to change my 5 stars to a 1 star because getting out of Greenbox has been an absolute nightmare. They didn't respond to any of my calls about getting a truck to close out so I had to go in person to find someone to respond. They said they closed out my account and then I continued to get charged. After I spent an eternity trying to get a hold of them they said they refunded it and never did. Finally they sent me a refund receipt and it hasn't actually showed up on my card. I feel like the business model for exiting Greenbox is let's see how much we can get away with. If the person is old, none confrontational or doesn't check their credit card statement then I am sure we could get them for a few months that they aren't actually in the unit! I have had to reach out 6 times over the last 2 weeks to just try and close out a storage unit. This is while my time should be focused on moving, unpacking and my new job. Find a different storage place.

My experience here has been amazing from start to finish. A big thank you to Stephen, the Property Manager, for his constant support and flexibility, which made my move-out process smooth and stress-free. The facility is impeccably clean, climate-controlled, and features sustainable building elements, making it a great place to store your belongings. Access is simple, and the system is well-organized. With my background in commercial real estate and customer service, I can confidently say that companies and establishments like this are rare to come by.

Excellent security and clean. I know that if I have any trouble at all and need anything from management to talk to Steven. Stephen goes above and beyond what I think most people would do in order to make sure everybody's happy in a safe and clean environment. I would highly recommend this storage facility to anybody who's looking for these accommodations
