This place is great! Rented two units from this place and have stayed with them for several years. Even needed a lock cut off one of my units because I lost the key, really easy to work with and very helpful. Highly recommend them. Units were always clean, set at the right temperature. I also didn't experience all the constant rent increases I experienced with other providers.

Amazing Customer Service! Courtney was incredibly helpful and professional from start to finish. She went above and beyond to make sure everything went smoothly and that I had exactly what I needed. Her friendly attitude and quick responses made the whole experience super easy and enjoyable. You can tell she really cares about her customers definitely one of the best experiences I’ve had with customer service. Highly recommend asking for Courtney if you want topnotch service!

Bought storage unit from auction based on video. Storage unit put there lock on unit. When I arrived to pay and receive my items they took there lock off. A lot of items were missing. Only manager has keys. My unit is right in front of security camera. At this time they are saying you bought as is. Even though items I bid on in unit is gone. Trying to work with management to retrieve items. When we spoke they was not willing to look at security video. Im still waiting on a response
