Greenwood Storage, Columbus

I've been a tenant since September 2022 and of those 2 years, the security gate has been broken for about 18 months. I've called numerous times to report the broken gate as well as report squatters who had been living there in their car and have gotten zero replies back. I have given this facility the benefit of doubt but I am now forced to upload pictures of the property in hopes of someone contacting me for my issue(s). The first 7 pics show the neglected upkeep of the grounds and the last 3 shows how the storage facility is becoming as salvage yard.

We were in need of very specific things and they were able to accommodate all of them with no hassle! A wonderful blessing just when we needed it... until... **update** After vacating the 2 large units we rented on a monthly basis, they have never contacted me regarding the multiple emails and voicemail messages left about canceling our storage agreement. I continue to receive bills and they are not canceling the units. I have yet to speak to anyone accept the answering service who can only relay messages. I paid what I owed up until the time vacated. Beware of their commitments. **Update #2 ** We were never informed by the person on site (he was either the new owner or site manager) when we were vacating that there was any "process" to vacating. I talked with the guy for a while, even told him we were vacating and would be out prior to the next bill. He was nice to talk to so I feel bad for editing my review of the business to 1 star, it seemed at the time they were having issues accessing or managing the system they inherited. We swept the units out and even swept up the hallway before we headed 500 miles away. He saw us loading up our huge trailer as well. I hope we can resolve this issue because we do not owe any money and never paid late the entire time we rented the units.

They have been taking money out of my account without my permission three months in a row. They waited until it was late before they would withdraw it. I moved all my stuff out last month and the still charged my card for storage and a late fee and I don't have any thing there
