Place is a joke. They don’t return calls. Their call center ppl barely understand English. They just talk in circles and argue with you.

I can't say enough good things about Grid Self Storage and the PERSONAL and CARING attention our family received from Phil, the Manager. Phil listened to our needs (which were a little more complicated than just moving household goods into a storage bin), and took his time walking us through our options and the process to set up an account. He provided solutions that made our needs much simpler. On move in day, Phil was there to HELP and guide us, the Uhaul delivery, and the Penske moving truck delivery. He is a genuinely nice guy that cares about Grid Storage customers. Moving is stressful enough ... you will NOT experience stress because of your storage needs with Grid Self Storage.

We are so pleased to have found GRID, a new climate controlled facility in Beaufort, SC. After our move-in yesterday in the heat, how lovely it was to have the climate controlled unit in which to sort and organize the contents of our POD arriving from Hawaii. And Phil, the manager, was such a huge help with everything-- from directing the POD driver who arrived early, to helping us unload, to repositioning us into a larger unit. And what a great repurposing of an old K-Mart store!
