Marcie was very nice and made my experience easy. It’s nice to have a storage unit with staff present on campus. That makes me feel more secure with trusting Hammond Storage with my valuables. Great promotions was a plus. I would definitely recommend Hammond Storage to a friend!

Never rent a Penske truck from this place! Reserved a truck 2 weeks in advance. Received confirmation from them. Get there on the date, a Saturday, and the office is not open on a weekend. No one is there to provide the keys to the truck, which is sitting on the lot. Tried calling the number on the office and the person who answered simply said "sorry, the office is closed on weekends." Contacted Penske and they were not able to contact the owner or anyone that could assist. Penske did all they could to find me a replacement truck but could not find one. Luckily u-Haul had one. I recommended that Penske seriously consider revoking the license for this place to rent their trucks.
