Hidden Island Storage

I’ve used other places to store our boat in Fort Collins. Hidden island Storage is the best! Exceptional service from Dave at Hidden Island Storage. He is responsive, friendly, customer focused and is responsible for a well-run organization. It is located with access to major arterial roads which I find helpful. I highly recommend this business!

I stored my camper here over the summer and had a great experience overall. The facility was easy to access, well-maintained, and felt secure the entire time. The staff was friendly and helpful whenever I had questions. Everything went smoothly, and I’d definitely consider using them again in the future. Highly recommend for anyone needing outdoor storage in the Fort Collins area! Also very reasonably priced compared to other places.

This storage facility is fine and convenient, but unfortunately very mismanaged. Communication has always been challenging, but never worse than when we went to cancel. I emailed in November; since then, I've sent several emails and attempted to contact the company by phone over a dozen times with no response. I ended up removing my payment method after giving them 60 days' notice (despite only 30 being required), but somehow we continued to be charged. I ultimately had to report the charges as fraudulent through my bank. This seems to be common business for Hidden Island—be wary.
