Highland Self Storage - Utah Storage Center

Rented a unit there for about a year. Staff are all very friendly and helpful. Easy access off Highland. Space was clean and well maintained and very quiet/not busy.

As far as a customer experience goes, this one was top notch! The facility feels very secure, well lit, and plenty of cameras to monitor the area! Upon signing up they were incredibly helpful and friendly to where I had an all-around good feeling about things. There WAS a brief point where I was concerned about a particular issue with a billing mix-up on my monthly rate. I was worried I might have a fight on my hands as far as getting that resolved. I was wrong! I left a voicemail after hours on the weekend outlining the issue, and THEY made the effort to look into it, THEY made the effort to call me back on Monday morning, THEY recognized the issue, and THEY resolved it instantly!!! That is customer service that you do not find many places!!! I was very impressed and very grateful that they handled things like they did! Small mistakes are bound to happen with any kind of business, and I think it's important for customers to be understanding of that. For the staff to have handled the resolution of this in a prompt, and more importantly FAIR manner like they did in this case, speaks volumes about this place in my mind. While I no longer needed storage for the time being, I'm quite sure that I will again in the future, and I'm absolutely sure that I'll be storing at Highland Self Storage when that day comes!

The over all atmosphere of this place is great. I do maintenance work on the parking lot every few years. It's a good day at work any day I'm working on the property of Highland Self Storage. I wish I had a storage unit in this complex. There is also a really good place for sushi across the street (to the east and slightly north)
