Hoosier Storage

We have been using Hoosier storage for several years now. Sometimes we will have 2 units but other times just the one. They are very accommodating, consistent and fair. Their prices have remained consistent whereas some competitors get you in the door and hike up the prices, not Hoosier storage. Jan is great to work with! She makes things seamless. If a unit opens up and you had been inquiring about one, she calls or texts right away. We’ve never had any issues with their payment system. And we’ve never had any issues with the secure lot or our valuables being stored. I’ve tried other storage units in the past and it was always a headache or felt like a scam with the intro rates, not at Hoosier storage. Such a great business and great people to do business with!

Everything worked out very well since the online reservation. Jan is very sweet, kind, and responds fast! She was always very helpful. Storage unit is what I expected. My recommendation (for first time renters!) is to know well what you will storage and the need for climate control (which it doesn’t have).I got a small one to put holiday decorations and declutter my garage. Totally worth it! I also have been spraying inside to keep bugs away and seems to be working well. We receive a gate code as soon as we make the payment. It’s close to my house, safe, and I am happy with the choice!

What a difference! We moved our storage rental to Hoosier storage after our old storage place raised our rent every three months. Immediately there was a difference with friendly, professional service and quick response times to our rental request. We noticed how clean and well established the facility was and our unit was clean and ready to move in in just a few days. Very happy with our choice to go with Hoosier Storage.
