SecurCare Self Storage

Well its a nice well kept place pretty secure i hope the only complaint is I rented a 14ft X 40ft spot and I had 2 16ft trailers that I wanted to put on it that would have been perfect and the kid told me that I couldn't put 2 things in one spot so I said ok rules are rules I guess and went to put one trailer on that spot and right next to my spot there were to thing on one spot so I got to looking around and there were multiple spots with two things on them. I pay a pretty penny for thar spot for one small trailer. And he said at the time that was the only spot available I don't think that was true either.

I moved out of units C101 and A121 on January 4th. I called NSA storage and secure storage on December 27th to inform them of my departure. I was told I would not receive a refund for the month of January on my unused storage. Ok I sent NSA storage photos of the empty units PER THEIR INSTRUCTIONS, on January 6th by email. I have received demand payments AND LATE FEES for February storage rental on these empty units. I have called on 4 separate occasions and was assured all 4 times the issue was resolved! I am still getting payment demands by email and txt. I called again on January 23 after receiving ANOTHER payment demand with late fees. I was told on that day it was taken care of. On January 25th, believe it or not, I received another email and txt demanding payment for February!!! Their business practices are terrible. I have never been able to get a warm body by phone at the local facility. Do I file a complaint with the better business office??

My outdoor storage location is among a poorly rocked area that holds a lot of water. It’s so bad that it actually is growing seaweed or algae. I’ve had to walk in it and the worst thing I wanna do is try to get up a ladder with my feet slipping, along with walking in my boat with algae all over my shoes. Not happy with this.
