I’ve had low battery issues twice and response time for fixes is horrible. I also have not gotten financial compensation for inability to access my unit. I’ve had at least four weeks of non access ability in just last three months. Update: I was contacted by text message and phone call after I called the company phone number listed on the website. Issue is that the app is owned by the lock manufacturer not the storage company so when you report a problem in the app, the company is not notified. So they still obviously have a problem but they are crediting me a month of storage for my issues. In their investigation they believe a unique problem exists on my lock not a widespread battery issue. They are investigating.

increased my rate twice in a 12 month period, a 40% increase over the initial rate. seems like the initial rate it was just a teaser and that this is how they conduct business. The first increase was within just a few months of me moving in. I will be moving out because I can find a 5 x 10 space in my basement and this is just too costly for what it is. The facility is nice and clean and I am sad to leave this review, but their business practice is dubious and I’m sure it’s designed to please the shareholders with year-over-year net income increases. I would recommend steering clear of this business as they will continue to increase your rent with no explanation other than it’s market conditions and that they’re being competitive. Which I think is a line of . . .

Pros: reliable gate, wireless access, hassle-free billing, communications... Cons: 62% rate increase in two bumps within last 6 mo (!!!), large sections unlit at night, snow removal shortcomings
