I had a great experience with iStorage from start to finish. Bryn was friendly, professional, and extremely helpful in explaining my options and answering all of my questions. The units were clean, secure, and well-maintained, which gave me peace of mind knowing my belongings were safe. Access was easy and convenient, and the property felt very secure with good lighting and controlled entry. Pricing was fair and transparent, with no hidden fees or surprises. Overall, iStorage made the process simple and stress-free. I would definitely recommend them to anyone looking for reliable and well-managed storage.

How lucky was I? I walked into the storage unit on a day that they are normally closed. A gentleman from corporate I believe was leaving the building. It’s just by coincidence he stopped by to handle some business. Although they are not open, he still set up my storage unit for me.Walked me through the building did all of the paperwork, easy breezy in and out less than 15 minutes I’m so grateful because I have to be out of my house by Saturday. This gives me a couple of days to get things into the storage. Thank you again. Nicole

1) they're NEVER in office or answer the phone 2) I did an online lease agreement and selected to bring my own lock and self insure my items. 3) I go up there to put my lock on soon as I got the chance about a week later or so and I can't get in with my code it told me "see management" 3a) part of doing it online is to avoid them and have free will to enter my space from 6-10 as advertised 4) come to find out management put their own lock on my storage and is making me come in with an ID to even put my own lock on it. IF I SELECT TO USE MY OWN LOCK AND REFUSE INSURANCE THEN DONT PUT A LOCK ON IT AND MAKE ME COME IN! didn't even ask either ! 5) I have checks in there I forgot that I been trying to retrieve and EVERY single time I drove up there, some stupid note is on the door saying not in office. Today I go in and there's a note saying "closed Wednesdays now" 5a) I come from Houston it's aggravating that even though I opted for my own lock and to self-insure, I've had to make four trips all for nothing because nobody is in office. I call up there to see if anybody is in office and get no answer. The one time somebody does answer I got busy that day. I knew I left my space without a lock and while I appreciate the concern I am far from appreciative going through all this to try and retrieve my things. And I have to pay for it even though I can't access it? Why would you need my ID when I did everything online and did everything on my own time the same way I got in with the gate code then is the same way I should have been able to get in now and that was my ID that I already submitted online!
