I can give a great review of this facility as I have rented units from from the company back when it was called metro storage and man that has been some years ago and until currently I am still a tenant from them and I have loved it as you as a guest has great customer service, the properties is always changing for the better as in more security cameras on site for peoples belongings. Great people if you ever need to rent a unit in order to move all your belongings in there for a short period of time or if you need to store your extra vehicles both inside a unit or outside. They have your back. 24/7 security on-site which is great. Keep up the great work

This storage facility has been nothing short of a nightmare. We were told there was 24 hour access, come to find out there was a process for setting that up which was not communicated to us. That led to officers being dispatched and having to deal with that nonsense. The officers called and spoke with site contact and got our code corrected, we had no more issues from January of this year, until today. Yet again, cannot access our storage unit after hours, no security set up, therefore no officer dispatched. Called the non emergency PD number, they called the contact on file, who declined to help or even call me. They even advised there "has never been 24 hour access". This facility is a joke and has cost me thousands in revenue and payroll. Steer clear. Not to mention, rates went up twice in less than 12 months. We also spoke with the office staff earlier this week to INSURE that our codes were 24 hour for this season, which we were told they were.

Sandie is very helpful and knowledgeable about the property. She’s on top of it and is so kind. I highly recommend this property to get your storage from.
