Great place to store your stuff at. I have stored my stuff there for years and the manager at the dry gap location. Mike Kuffner is a really good guy so if you need to store stuff, see Mike at the dry gap location.

The rating is reflective solely of the fact that they raise rent every 9 months. I rented a 5x5 unit from April 2024-Dec 2025. The facility, unit itself, and staff (only ever dealt with Mike) were great. Always clean, no hassle, facility itself is pretty low traffic, and Mike is very friendly. But OH MY GOSH the rent increases !! $19 at time of signing only lasted for 3 months, $28 for 9 months, $37 for 9 months, and then you want me to pay $48 now?! When I signed for $19 just last year?! A 250% increase in less than 2 years. That's criminal. And the sole reason why I left. So just be warned that you'll pay your signing price for a short time, and after you get everything in there they start upping it over and over and OVER. It was easy enough to move my small unit of stuff out in an afternoon but hate to think of the people renting larger units.

Arrived after dark but still within regular hours, and a truck was parked by the dumpsters with no lights on. I got out to run in while my husband and children remained in the car. The man in the truck got out and came up to me smiling. He said I mean no harm but I kept walking to me. My husband asked me what he wanted and if he is security. He said “I saw this water bottle and was coming to pick it up”. How he “saw the water bottle” at my feet from halfway behind the building, I have no idea. If he saw it prior to me arriving, why wait until I got out of the vehicle to approach. He didn’t go back to his truck and leave until my husband got out of the vehicle and approached him. We attempted to go in the office multiple times to let the front desk know, but the lights are off and door is locked every time we go. My husband called to report the incident, and the call got disconnected this with zero follow-up. I have since seen that truck with the man sitting in it a few times. I am now afraid to return to my locker without my husband. As much as we pay, with a random $30 raise in cost since this incident was reported, I should feel safe going to my locker. This is completely unacceptable, and we will soon be looking for another place to move our things. If I could leave negative stars I for sure would! Shame on you iStorage!
