Ist storage I've ever rented and was very hesitant to even get a unit. The staff at iStorage was superb. The woman helping us (forgot her name) was so helpful, knowledgeable, and clearly had our best interests and needs in mind. I felt very confident in our choice to rent at iStorage.

They are very good storage unit. Nothing has happened to any of my stuff or anything like that. The only downside I will say is after so many months your rent starts to increase and I don’t like that because I originally was paying like 25 and then it went up to 30 and then now it’s 45 and so like after so many months they want to keep increasing your bill and I only have like a 10 x 12 little things so it’s like financially it doesn’t make sense for how small my unit is and how much I’m paying now.

I rented a unit online. Pretty easy and straightforward to order online. I showed up 2 days later and didn't like the location of my unit in the facility. Paige was great She got me a unit I really liked and stayed a few minutes after closing to make sure everything was set up correctly. When I got home, I realized I had my lock in my pocket!! I was frantic and didn't know what to do since it was now 11pm and they close at 10. I called first thing in the morning, Paige was so sweet and helpful. She put a temporary lock on for me until I could get there to put my lock on. I felt she was very sincere and takes keeping our things safe very seriously. I'm very happy I chose to keep my prized possessions stored at Istorage.
