I came to pay for the Unit I won at auction, but the office was closed. I called, and no one knew where the manager was or how I could pay. Is anyone even working here? I waited all day, and no one opened the office, and it was a workday.

Ever since new management came here this place has really gone down hill, we use it because it’s a convenient location but it’s FREEZING inside when I’m “paying for climate controlled unit” there is absolutely nothing controlled about it. The garage doors are all bent and broken and nothing is ever clean. They do upcharges on rent but at this point for what? When nothing they are doing is beneficial for those who have extreme valuables in their units I just feel bad this extreme cold can mess up graphics in shirts soles on shoes and all. I’m dissatisfied and have never had a storage unit with such careless employees

I reserved and leased a unit this Feb 2026. The facility itself looks nice. The problem is no one works there. Even having rented a unit no one was there. I did call and spoke to a gentlemen but he worked in another facility. I think they should at least temporarily close reservations and new leases until they hire someone.
