I have been renting a unit for the last two years and have no issues at all. The Site manager Destiny is amazing always respectful and helpful anytime I need information on any of my units. The storage unit is perfect size for me and they have different sizes available. You could come in or reserve a unit online which is awesome. I highly recommend

My 4th time overall, 2nd at the Taylor location love the experience. Such an incredible and professional staff. Informed me and worked very well with me about what units would be a good fit for me. Definitely will always use this storage facility when I have any storage needs

Manager Destiny with five minutes before the end of business day helped me figure out my problem. She also gave me a plan of action to resolve. Destiny is professional an always smiling. A personable Top-notch customer service representative. I will come back to iStorage because of her.
