Public Storage

This was my first public storage experience. Everything went smoothly. Best highlights: (1) easy/fast processing (2) clean, spacious units, (3) functional digital gate system, and (4) well-developed phone app (actually a good one without glitches!). But most of all, I have to give a shout-out to the excellent service demonstrated by Barbie! She has gone above and beyond as the location's manager and administrator of daily operations and is always ready to answer a call and help! Thanks again Barbie!

Highly satisfied with staff in this location! I had an unexpected issue with my rental and was somewhat displeased. Upon contacting support here at the Taylor location it was quickly resolved! Big shout out to Barbie!! for outstanding customer service support!! Great staff and great customer service always makes a difference!!!

Madasyn was absolutely delightful! She was patient with me and showed me kindness. I haven’t laughed this hard in a few months and felt heard and appreciated just by sharing my experiences in life right now. The compassion was unbelievable and her words of support meant the world. I recommend this location with this beautiful young lady.
