Self-Storage at U-Haul

Dawn was extremely helpful and accommodating. The entire staff was awesome overall. They were understanding of my situation and were just good people in general. All smiles, good jokes, and most IMPORTANT…. UNDERSTANDING AND CUSTOMER SERVICE. 100 stars, no exaggeration.

Other than my storage being broken into , i should of been called / notified. It was not until i went out there that i found out . All they did was leave a note and put a lock on it. Which was inconvenient because i could not access my storage . Until it was unlocked by a staff the next business day. Its not all bad i get why they did it but i had to be notified. Its the professional thing to do.Nothing seemed to be missing just door looked a bit damaged looks like the lock was forced

I have used storage here a few times and always a good experience. I really appreciate the cleanliness, the carts are very helpful
