I've been storing my truck and trailer here for years while I tour everywhere on my Harley. Joe has always found a spot for me, even if it's at the last minute. Lends this old man a hand every time. He is the BEST around !

Good place to store car, camper, truck, what, he will store it. Mu husband was the second person to rent from him and this man as been good the 10 yrs or more that we have been with him. Good place. I just lost my daughter and husband, he has been real understanding with us. Just a nice guy.

HONESTLY NO STAR AT ALL... If you're ever looking for a place to rent a public storage, I'd recommend you NOT go to J&J Mini Storage located on 67th and Washington. I was there close to an hour and right when we're about the leave the gates locks on us 3 HOURS before it's closing hour. Called the owner FOUR times to ask for help, but all we got was "tough luck", "I can't do anything for you", "it's too late, I'm too far from you", and "I'll be there when I get there". He constantly interrupted us through those four calls, he was very uncooperstive, and he hung up while we were POLITELY asking for his help. Whats funny is that he kept claiming saying we were rude. Waited almost two hours before two officers arrived and helped us get out of the storage. All I can say is would you rent a storage area that with a terrible owner who gives terrible service?
