I had a fantastic experience selling my 1999 BMW M-Coupe on Bring a Trailer through Karpark. Trevor was incredibly professional and responsive from start to finish. He was always available to answer my questions and provided clear, helpful guidance on all the necessary paperwork. The entire process was seamless and efficient, and they kept me informed every step of the way. I highly recommend Karpark for their excellent service and expertise!

I would not recommend this place after working with Darrell for over 3 years. I had 2 issues arise which I am extremely disappointed in with regards to the care and lack of transparency with how he does business. I brought in my 2002 M5 and and old 93 Range Rover for storage as I needed the space and was so impressed by the collection of cars in the facility and the beauty of the facility alone. Not only that , but Darrel seemed like a straight shooter to me. That may not be the case. I was not the kind of customer who would run over constantly to check on my vehicles because I am busy running a business and most importantly I trusted him to take care of my cars hoping they would be stored here in their entirety as that is what the contract calls for. But let me start with the first issue I had last spring in April of '24 with regards to my M5. I had popped in randomly to check on my vehicles and noticed the back passenger window was down while it was on a lift so I couldn't get to the car unfortunately. When I asked why the window was down, I was told it no longer worked? Excuse me? Why was this not brought to my attention and why was it being left open like this for dust to settle and god knows what else. I had to go through a series of calls and emails to get them to get it repaired and of course paid for a window which was clearly operating when I brought the car in. His response was essentially , "it stopped working while they were driving it? " Really? My point is , why not call or email your client and let them know when this happens so they are aware and can make arrangements to get this fixed when this car is under your care? The last instance was the final straw and that was today 10/10/25. I was driving home and noticed that my old rover was NOT being stored on site as I was paying for it to be stored outside. I walked in to the facility immediately to find my M5 was NOT THERE either. I asked the employee working there where are my vehicles? I spend a few hundred a month to store my cars and they should be in the location that I paid for which is in the contract. He said that they have had an "overflow" and had to move them to their Dublin site which I had no idea existed NOR was it in the contract. It is a clear breach of the contract as I was never notified via email, text or a phone call that this would be happening. Most importantly, I have absolutely NO IDEA how long they had been moved for. I had asked Darrel via email and he has yet to respond . The sad thing is when I called Darrell today to express frustration , not only did he not apologize , but he tried to turn this around on me saying I was frustrated about a fee increase? Really? Do you think I care about your measly increases when I am spending money for cars I don't drive to store them in your care and trust? And where was it stored ? At their other address at 6971 Sierra Ct in Dublin? The one that isn't advertised or shown to trusting clients and customers? I have paid thousands of dollars over the years to store my BMW M5 INSIDE and be cared for at all times. Then , when we went to pickup my cars this afternoon, this was absolutely unexpected. My M5 had damage to its interior and the exterior driver light appeared somewhat melted. The trim kit from the driver door was COMPLETELY OFF and in the passenger seat (no one told me about this) and the car was filthy (no sign of interior storage as of late). I have no idea how long this car has been outside but it clearly was not inside for a few months at least. I hope you all read this carefully and look carefully as while the facility is impressive , I can't say the service or owner is someone to call trustworthy. Beware of a long term storage contract or engagement here as if you are too passive and comfortable with this business, they may take advantage of your trust and damage your vehicles, unless perhaps you drive a Ferrari.

Darrell is providing a great service for car enthusiasts. I've had a car stored at KarPark for almost a year. I frequently swap cars and my car is always clean and waiting for me when I need it. With climate control and the ability to plug in a battery maintainer it's much better than a storage container. Darrell has quite a collection of enthusiasts' cars stored at KarPark.
