I feel robbed, scammed. I don't know how to express this feeling I'm having. Last week, I won a storage unit at this location through an online auction. I paid $254.98 for this unit. I've been buying units for over three years, almost every month, and nothing this bad has ever happened to me. It turns out I spent over three days trying to get access to the unit because there was no staff on-site. I had to wait for the manager to contact me and grant me access, which never happened. After my persistent calls, they finally managed to reach him, and he contacted me. That's how I was able to go to the unit after three days. I found this super strange, and it immediately made me very distrustful. When I arrived at the unit, the manager was waiting for me. We were going to see the unit, which I'd already paid for upfront. As we were getting there, he looked at the unit and said to me, "Oh, it looks like someone broke into your unit. Do you still want it?" This was even before opening the door, which means he already knew at that moment that my unit had been stolen from. It's not right to accuse anyone of anything, but I'm 98% sure he had something to do with it. He said he would handle sending a letter to his regional manager and that he would cancel the storage and I'd get my money back immediately, which never happened. After many calls and repeated waiting, I still haven't received a response from anyone. No one has emailed me, and no one has called me. When I finally managed to get in touch with the offices not located here in Kentucky today, it turns out no one had informed them. They knew about my case from the times I'd called, but no one had reported that my unit was stolen, nor had they made any kind of report to refund my money. It's super frustrating. After being so excited about the unit, to see it stolen from me and then for them to re-list the trash that was left behind, all without getting my money back, is just infuriating. If I had seen the previous comments and reviews for this unit, I wouldn't have made the decision to buy a storage unit here. And the straw that broke the camel's back was when I was checking today—because I regularly buy storage units—and I saw that they've put the unit back up for auction again. But it's listed as is: vandalized and stolen, with only trash inside. They haven't refunded my money, and they already have the unit listed again. It's like a mafia; I've never seen such an organized one as this.

I rented a unit online. Decided to go ahead and put some stuff in it. Well, I get to the place... can't figure out how to make the gate open because I don't seem to have been sent any instructions for that, and had to get the guy behind me to open it for me. Then I wandered all around the place in my car, probably borking my alignment in the process, which will cost money to fix if that's the case. I couldn't find my unit. According to the map they sent, it's between these two other units that... I guess are side by side? But that just looks like someone else's locked unit. There's no way to get to mine unless I'm supposed to Hogwarts Express it. There was no one around to help. No one answering the phone either. No one has called me back. I also am not able to log into their website and even do anything. I want a full refund, and some extra just for the wasted time. Edit: Saw the reply, then noticed they had indeed tried to call me but my spam filter had automatically blocked the number. So I unblocked it, then tried to call back, using the number posted in their reply here. No one picked up and I'm not sure that number is even able to take incoming calls. Actually this whole thing is convincing me more and more that this place isn't even being run as a real business and is just stealing people's money.

The customer service representative never said under her breath never hinted I was a slow guy at connect in the dots on how to do the signage on final 3 steps but her walk through was easy her patience incredible amazing she had so much patience that if she where a primary care physician. she would be a book author. host a nationally sindicated talk show . also have a world record for the most customers umm error . WORLD RECORD FOR MOST PATIENCE ! News flash 📸 if she quits her job the CEO should quit . the owner founder should sell off move on be done. because finding another employee like this one is more than 100% impossible. This employee could be the president of a country or corporation . But as a humble person she is she took this position She is a priceless employee and dedicated more than you can know. Time will tell but if she decides to stay on I see her as future CEO. hey congratulations on having one of the best customer service reps one could ever dream of. Attention Advice Alert : look up how she found her way to be employed there and if it's a job placement service send the a personal mail person card of thanks 🙏👍 and keep that source open ! Thanks so much if I knew it was like all that I would have not did the phone on line www walk through. But having said that my self esteem is ❤️🩹 like way off the charts. I said to myself wow I can do that
