I want to share how impressed I’ve been with Alicia, the assistant manager at this location. From the very beginning, she has been incredibly helpful, patient, and consistently professional. She takes the time to explain everything clearly, helps walk through options without pressure, and genuinely makes sure you feel taken care of. What stands out most is her follow-up and communication. Alicia doesn’t just answer a question and disappear, she checks back in, follows through on the details, and makes sure everything is handled the right way. That level of responsibility and care is rare, and it honestly made the whole process smooth and stress-free. You can tell she takes pride in her work and truly wants customers to have a positive experience. I’m very grateful for all her help, and I highly recommend working with her. This location is lucky to have her.

I dont usually think to post about mini storage - but I really want to give a shout out to Keenaja for her extraordinary customer service today. I was so stressed out about my move. Not only did she take my stress in stride but she literally went above and beyond to help make things calmer and less anxiety inducing for me. She was knowledgeable, helpful, efficient and just generally so pleasant. True kindness and empathy feel so rare in customer service these days. I’ve had a space at the Manhattan MiniStorage at 44th St & 12th Ave for over 12 years and I am very satisfied. The staff is very friendly and helpful, and the facility is always very clean. It is conveniently located and accessible 24/7, which is a big plus since I store equipment which I use professionally and frequently load in and out. The loading dock is perfect for all but the tallest trucks. I also use it as a workspace to clean and maintain my gear.When I have items shipped directly to the location, the staff is meticulous about informing me of their arrival and keeping them secured until I can attend to them.

The company’s staffs are very friendly and unconditionally helpful. From 43rd to 44th location in Hell’s Kitchen. Louis and Alicia i love you both! i connected with them in different dates but the same period of work where you will not be surprised if the employee of any company (regardless of the zip codes and the ambience of the facility) is lethargic, but these two pivot my apprehension into admiration. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️
