Manhattan Mini Storage

Thanks for the many years I’ve had belongings at Manhattan Mini Storage, embarrassingly almost 20 years to be exact. Great, safe, storage. A special shout out to MMS staff, Jahrid at the NYC West 43rd St. location. He was unexpectedly personable and very helpful. I called first with questions and I was struck by his friendliness on the phone before arriving. While at MMS, he offered me MMS services I didn’t know about and I would have taken him up on the offer if I wasn’t moving out. He went out of his way to help, including clipping a lock for which I had lost the key, and made a mundane visit to storage a pleasant experience. I felt respected, heard, and he understood my specific needs. Jahrid is the kind of employee every company needs when it comes to customer support. MMS is lucky to have him. Thanks again MMS and thank YOU, Jahrid!

Mr Ahmad Hooper was excellent, informative, kind, efficient, and very helpful. We had a wonderful experience working with him. He was pleasant and patient and answered all our questions to satisfaction. He helped us understand how to access the building and our unit including the lock systems. Effective and reliable. Thank you!

Ahmad H. was amazingly thorough. He did well in making me feel comfortable with the size of my unit and I’m very happy about that. There is more space than I realized.
