Jasmine, the store manager was absolutely wonderful. From the moment we walked in, she was friendly, welcoming, and extremely knowledgeable. She took the time to clearly explain the entire rental process, answered all our questions, and made everything feel simple and stress-free. And I need that now. It’s clear that she cares about her customers and takes pride in her work. Her professionalism and helpful attitude really stood out, and she definitely earned my business. If you’re considering storage at this location, Jasmine is the person you want to speak with. Thanks again. Couldn't recommended more.

Time and again, The people at the front desk Jaquan (sp), Jasmine… all are so kind and efficient. I’m a little late and posting this, but have reviewed before, I had to move out for a few months, but I’ll be back and when I was moving out just as when I moved in and just as every time I visited, everyone was so kind and helpful. I’m so thankful for them, and I hope that management realizes what a good staff they have there. . Any questions on details why I feel this way please feel free to reach out to me. We had an amazing experience at this Manhattan Mini Storage location. Jaquan and David were exceptionally helpful and made it so easy for us to get our new unit set up and loaded. I’ve been putting off making this trip for some time because I have a broken foot and was anxious but they were incredible and have the best humor! 10/10 love this location and the fantastic team!
