Manhattan Mini Storage

We had an excellent experience at this storage space. The facility is well organized, clean, easy to access, and very secure. The staff has always been kind and willing to help, but today Johnny truly went the extra mile by helping us move some Christmas decorations into our storage unit. We are very grateful for his support and professionalism. Highly recommend this place for both the quality of the facility and the outstanding customer service.

We had such a great experience working with O’neil! From the moment we arrived, he was friendly, professional, and incredibly patient. He took the time to show us several different storage units, making sure we understood all of our options and never making us feel rushed. O’neil thoroughly explained the differences in sizing and pricing, breaking everything down in a way that was easy to understand. He answered all of our questions with kindness and made sure we felt confident in our decision. His knowledge and attention to detail really stood out. Thanks to his help, we found the perfect storage unit for our needs. The whole process was smooth and stress-free because of his professionalism and positive attitude.

I’ve had consistently great experiences at Manhattan Mini Storage at the East 21st Street, largely because of Shaniah and Johnny in the office. They are genuinely helpful, knowledgeable, and patient every time I interact with them. When I was shopping for a unit they made the whole process straightforward and human instead of transactional. They take the time to explain options clearly and answer questions. Give them both a raise!!
