Manhattan Mini Storage

I had used Manhattan Mini Storage location on 542 W29th street for many years and liked it very much. The location is clean, well managed, easily accessible and with sufficient parking space. Also, all personnel I engaged with were always kind, helpful, courteous, easily approachable and efficient. That includes Mr. Louis - manager of the location, as well as, the young lady who works there (I believe her name is Kira), and another young man at the front desk whose name escapes me. I warmly recommend it.

I had an outstanding experience at Manhattan Mini Storage thanks to Luis! He went above and beyond by helping my friend and I, figure out the best way to unload her items and the most efficient way to transport everything to her unit. He was hands-on, extremely helpful, and such a delight to work with. What could’ve been a very stressful situation ended up being smooth and easy because of his guidance and positive attitude. Luis truly made all the difference — highly recommended, and a true asset!!!!

Luis was super helpful! We had to transfer our unit to a more suitable option and Luis was so helpful in explaining options and finding the best unit for us. He even honored the promotion we signed up for online! Super smooth process to check in and move our stuff!

Thanks to both Ian and Luis, the front desk managers at the Hudson Yards location in New York City, things turned out for the better. These two gentlemen were equally competent and informative. Both were courteous with the right professional attitude regarding inquiries, problem solving and resolutions to my storage needs. They were courteous and very helpful in assisting me with an issue regarding an accurate size of the storage box that I needed and the billing statements. Their professional demeanor in the way these two gentlemen handled my concerns is what impressed me the most. They both deserve high ratings and my outmost respect. If there's ever a need for a promotion, I would recommend that both of these two men be the first pick on the list! Thanks again guys and keep up the good work! Luis has been very helpful during my transition of the transfer downsizing the storage. He takes his time and consideration to find the right storage to meet the needs. He is the best.
