Kirk was so helpful in finding me a last minute unit! I didn’t come in with a reservation and was quite distressed and he took the time to show me two different units while also going over every option that was most catered to my situation! He was patient, kind, and attentive! I highly recommend this place!

I had a seamless experience! I first spoke with Tim over the phone. He thoroughly explained the specifics with the lease and made sure to inform me about the holiday special. At the actual location, I spoke with Vanel who was absolutely most pleasant! He also explained everything thoroughly and made sure I got into my new unit without any hassle. The customer service was excellent But the one person I got to shout out is Mr vanel he provides excellent customer service really respectful… That dude is the man I believe he needs a promotion… next time I come back, I hope to see him again… I’ve met people with excellent customer service but him he’s through the roof
