I have had my storage units for years, there has been two ownership changes since I signed up for my two units with Manhattan Mini Storage being the recent owner; After setting up my portal account I noticed the charges were higher and in my head I said oh no here we go (problems starting in the 1st month), I called twice and spoke with Lynette and she was patient, honest and went beyond to help me with the issue. She told me the amount was an error and told me the correct amount to pay, her solution was for me to come in the office and pay the correct amount however I am currently in Europe she put me on hold spoke with her manager and helped me pay the correct amount for my two units. Thank You so much Lynette; this was my first experience with the new ownership and it was a great one. I hope the rest of my time will be the same!
