🚨 SERIOUS WARNING TO FUTURE CUSTOMERS 🚨 I stored my belongings at this location for over 3 years, and I strongly regret it. This facility operates in a way that feels deceptive, fee-driven, and careless toward customers’ property. From the beginning, I was told my rate would not increase for at least 6 months to a year. That turned out to be false. Rate increases started early and continued regularly. On top of that, they constantly look for reasons to charge late fees, lien fees, and extra penalties, even when issues are caused by their own staff. I personally set up auto-pay, and staff entered my payment information incorrectly. I was never notified. Instead, they allowed payments to fail and quietly added over $120 in late and penalty fees. When I raised the issue, there was no accountability. One of the managers (I believe his name is Nigel) was especially concerning. He came across as calculated and misleading, always finding ways to add charges and carefully wording things to protect the company—not the customer. Read everything you sign and review every charge, because nothing is clearly explained unless it benefits them. The most disturbing part: I found rat droppings all over my storage unit. I immediately notified staff and took photos as proof. This raises serious concerns about pest control, cleanliness, and the safety of customers’ belongings. When I finally emptied my unit after more than 3 years, staff even asked me to return the lock I personally purchased, clearly intending to resell it. That alone says a lot about how this place operates. Customer service is extremely poor, and it is nearly impossible to speak with a real manager. If you value honesty, transparency, clean storage conditions, and fair billing, store your belongings somewhere else. This location is fee-focused, not customer-focused.

Nigel provided outstanding customer service. He was professional, patient, and extremely knowledgeable. He took the time to clearly explain everything and made sure all of my questions were answered. His calm and helpful approach made the experience smooth and stress-free. I truly appreciate the excellent service he provided.

I really enjoyed my storage space here. Nigel was very friendly and helpful. The facility is clean, quiet, and convenient.
