I was looking for the right place with the right deal and I found it here! Thanks to the help of Richard and John, they were very friendly and helpful to help me find the right unit for me. I was greeted by them as soon as I walked in, Richard and John were more than happy to answer all the questions I had, taking the time to explain everything to me. I love when the staff is welcoming, it makes a big difference and makes me feel good about where I store my things. I love the location it’s very clean, and I am very happy I chose this spot! I recently visited the property on Wild Avenue while assisting someone with moving items from storage. At the time of my visit, the entire property was completely covered in ice, which created a serious safety hazard. When exiting my vehicle, both my child and I nearly slipped and fell due to the icy conditions. This situation posed a danger not only to us, but to anyone who needed to walk on the premises. The lack of salt or snow and ice removal was extremely concerning. Even if the location is closed, it is still accessible to the public and will not remain closed permanently. Proper measures should be taken to ensure the property is safe, including shoveling and salting walkways and driving areas so people can enter and exit safely. This was a significant safety issue, and I hope it will be addressed promptly to prevent potential injuries.

John and Rich were awesome. They went out of their way to make sure I got a unit that I needed even though it was difficult. Gorgeous and clean facility also. Highly recommend
