Max Vault Storage

The self storage Property had a very easy process for me to look at what was available online and their pricing. The property was very clean secure with gate and keypad at the entrance. I met the manager, John who was very helpful. I definitely believe this is a property that would be suitable for anyone’s storage needs.

As a tenant of 10+ years I would like to express my appreciation for the excellent customer I receive each and every time I call Max Vault and speak with Devon. Devon is an absolute professional that has proven consistency valuing his tenants going above and beyond . In addition, when facing unforseen circumstances Devon took initiative to reach out to Jordan his supervisor immediately looking for an alternative and solution.Jordan showed compassion to help. Not just great service but KINDNESS... Now thats the kind of storage place where you would want to store your belongings. Thank you Devon and Jordan You'll make Max Vault shine! RDANIELS

The website says it is open 24 hours, but signs on the property says the property closes at 10pm. After confirming the operating hours with the owner, it was confirmed at 24 hours. One night, around 1am, I was approached by an older man when I was gathering some of my property from the unit, claimed to be an employee, threatening me about having my locker locked to prevent my access and other threats because I was there after 10pm. When I moved in, the unit was very filthy. I experienced a serious pest infestation (fire ants, mice, spiders). The door was difficult to close and lock because the locking mechanism doesn't line up correctly (off by about 1/2 inch). Although I did have some problems, I would consider returning if the need arises.
