I signed a contract for about $300 a month to store my trailer there & before the first month was over the manager, Nick, says they’re raising it to $500 a month! He also said he’d prorate me if I wanted to leave early but changed his mind. Plus, he wasn’t going to charge me more until my contract, with a required 45 day notice, ran out, but changed his mind on that as well. Just a bunch of nonsense & a perfect example of bait & switch. I’d say make sure you have your price in writing but even that doesn’t matter as their contract says they can change the price or cancel the contract at anytime. Nick was extremely rude about it too & apparently the owners are never available to talk to so they obviously don’t care about anything but money & getting as much as they can. It was a small space & I couldn’t even open my door & drop my steps without hitting the RV next to me. They cram you in tight! I rented a bigger spot from another place for almost 1/2 the cost too! Bad business with rude people, can’t recommend them, that’s for sure.

This RV parking spot is absolutely worth recommending! The owner is very friendly, the rental experience was great, and they even offer free car washes and ice. The car wash not only has a powerful water jet but also provides foam and waxing. Parking my trailer here made me feel safe.

Our Motorhome got ran into while here causing $15,000 in damage, people that rented trashed the inside, and then we told them 2 months before we came to pick it up and they said they're charging us one more month due to a 45 day cancelation policy. Last I checked, 60 is more than 45. They only rented out our RV once. Terrible business. EDIT: Thank you for reaching out. We have since been told your facility had nothing to do with the rental portion of this policy, so I am revising my review. We did still get our motorhome damaged while staying here. We were waiting for it to be fixed to take it back home. We have resolved the issue and hope to be able to pick up our rig soon. It was just frustrating because we drove from San Diego just to be told we still couldn't take our rv after waiting so long for it to be repaired knowing we were well over the 45 days. The whole experience has been disappointing.
