Someone attempted to cut my lock, and I was never notified. I discovered it months later myself. On a recent visit, individuals were smoking in the hallway near my unit, creating serious safety and fire concerns. Overall facility conditions and security appear to have declined. Beyond these issues, the pricing practices have been equally frustrating. When I first rented my unit, the rate was approximately $30 per month. Over the past three years, that rate has increased to $125 per month — a 316% increase. At the same time, the exact same unit size is currently advertised online for $40 per month. I contacted management with a simple request: adjust my rate to match the current advertised market price of $40/month effective March 1. That request was declined. It’s disappointing to see long-term customers paying more than triple the publicly advertised rate, especially given the safety and security concerns outlined above. Loyalty does not appear to be valued here. If you’re considering renting here, be aware that rates may increase substantially over time while lower prices are offered to new customers.

Needed a place to put some stuff in a pinch and the process to get it lease and ready to put my stuff in was so easy so smooth and I was able to complete everything within the hour. The customer service was amazing and it was never busy when I needed to get anything in or out of my unit. The move out process was straightforward and I have no complaints. Would recommend to anyone.
