I live in Cleveland Ga. And I was treated respectfully and I felt like the manager “Wendy” had my best interest at heart. She went out of her way to help and get me the best price on the unit. If I was still in the retail business I would definitely try and hire her…..Wendy did an out standing job with customer care.

I worked with Tyler tkday and he could not have been more helpful. Great customer service and follow through. He answered all my questions and was thorough, making sure I was 100% comfortable with the information. 10 for 10 on every aspect of my experience. Thank you very much Tyler!

Kesha was the "virtual assistant" that helped us on the video screen today, and she was excellent. I had to get over initial suspicions that she was a deep fake AI avatar, which was comical, but I was quickly convinced she was there to help. Midgard does not miss an opportunity to cut costs or corners, but the quality and simplicity of this storage facility is hard to deny. Hallways are clean and well lit, units are tidy and come pre-locked with a tumbler-style combo that seems hard to compromise (you could potentially add your own additional lock to the sliding"bolt" if desired), and the only security risk I noticed is [redacted by me, the reviewer] but is at least detectable by the camera system, if not preventable. The risks of pest and rodent damage here seem very low, as every surface is cold and institutional. Just as I would want it to be. Rates are decent, and I feel that this storage facility is well located, well cared for, and I'm recommending it.
