I want to thank Chris and Joe for making the transition over from Metro storage very easy for me. Joe has always been a great leader here. His effective communication and approach is very delicate and at the same time he gets the job done! It got to a point with me before the crossover that I would only deal with Joe whenever I needed assistance! Now that Chris is here, I feel very comfortable with knowing that anytime I have any issues or concerns that they both can assist me. Thank you Chris for taking the time to get to know your customers ensuring a smooth transition. The personal touch that they both bring to their jobs makes our lives so much easier as the customer. If I have to have my items in storage, Mini Mall Storage is the place for me! Thank you Joe and Chris for a great experience during a difficult time in my life. I appreciate you both 🙏🏽🫶🏽

We’ve been renting in this building for many years, and while the recent change in ownership came with a rate increase, Joel in the office was incredibly helpful. He worked with us to find a unit that met our needs at a reasonable rate, which we truly appreciated. Overall, the building is well maintained and easily accessible, and we’ve had a positive long-term experience here.

I've had a unit at this location for the past year and stopped in recently to discuss some new monthly service fees that are being added since the ownership change. Chris was extremely helpful and informative in explaining these new charges and took the time to answer all of my questions. Even though I'm still not a fan of the new service fees that are being implemented, I wanted to make note of the excellent customer service that I received.
