Public Storage

I had the pleasure of working with Kayla and Mike at Public Storage, and they were both absolutely wonderful! Kayla has been such a sweetheart—so friendly and helpful every step of the way. Mike was great too. Both were professional, kind, and made the whole process easy for my husband and me. Excellent customer service all around. Highly recommend this location!

Awful customer service! Moved out 5 days before the end of month and tried calling to cancel, left 5 messages with no response no reply. There’s no one on site. Had to go back to location and use kiosk, but since the new month had already started and was billed, got stuck paying another month even though the unit is empty. They don’t care about you! They just want your money!!!! I’ll never use Public Storage again!!!!!!
