I signed up online and went to the facility as required to get my unit number. The office was closed during the open posted hours. I came back the next day during posted open hours and it was still closed. There’s a “Help Wanted” sign on the front door. I left a message with the office and never heard back. I called the corporate office in Georgia and its voicemail was full and not accepting messages. I finally did a web search and found a third Hnumber and canceled my contract. I wasted two days with my car full of stuff for storage not being able to access the unit I rented. I ended up paying substantially more for storage with another company, but at least they know how to run a business.
