I'm a long time customer. In fact I've been at this facility longer than the current owner. With the new owner came Alex. He runs the show on Olive in Peoria. Granted seniority should get a little special treatment but Alex goes way over & above the call of duty. I don't get any breaks on rent or late charges BUT he sends me messages reminding me, "your going to be late!" I'm pretty sure I'd have lost my crap if it wasn't for his text or E mail on many occasions...Thanks for watching out Alex! Very helpful, professional, 👍🙂.
