I have been renting at this unit for 3 years and I have seen great improvement with staffing, safety and overall cleanliness of the facility. I have had different size units over the past 3 years and the staff makes it easy to upgrade at any point. Management has great customer service and the prices are fair.

The worst storage place in all of Charlotte I had a unit here a few months back and a man went into my unit while I was organizing it and accuse me of sleeping in there despite the fact that he committed the violation within business hours. The man also made sexual comments about my girlfriend while she was helping me move into the unit. The company didn’t do anything about it. In fact, I seen the man still there as I drove past yesterday.the company allowed him to stay on property and they kicked me out as well as threatened to call the cops on me and banned me. They also never gave me my refund. Please go anywhere else other than here.
