Morningstar Storage

Belinda and her staff went above and beyond for me here. The storage unit space is SO CLEAN. The move in process was simple and easy; Belinda even personally gave me a tour of the space and my storage space. I have never been treated so good in a self-storage location. I highly recommend Morningstar if you have storage needs in Southend.

Learn how to communicate, I came here last Saturday met a lady, and she showed me a unit that I wanted to get : 5x10. To my knowledge I only came here with $92 because I'm under the impression that I'm paying for my unit because that's what she told me , then they did a follow up call and still no mention of extra insurance that I have to pay for

Would have loved to rent a unit here. Its 2 45pm on a Thursday. Sign says OPEN. No one inside. I called, prompt tells me to press 2 if I want to rent. Hold music for forever. What hours does this place keep? How is anyone able to rent here if no one apparently works here? I've been here walking around the building for 10 minutes.
