Morningstar Storage

I had a storage unit with this particular MorningStar location for over a year. The facility was always clean, very well managed, the staff was very friendly and helpful anytime they could be. I moved units at one point and that was a seamless process. Everyone was extremely knowledgeable about their process and procedures so every question and concern I had was quickly answered and resolved. The facility felt very secure and safe and I had no concerns about leaving my items in their care. If I ever need a storage unit again, MorningStar will be the first company I visit. Highly recommend!

My name is Suzlynn Bruton, and I am the Founder and CEO of I Am Isaiah 61, a 501(c)(3) nonprofit organization. They show the heart of who we are and highlight how others serve our communities in different but equally powerful ways. Mark Silva at MorningStar Storage at the Heights has been absolutely amazing. Mark went above and beyond to assist us, and his customer service is exceptional. He made me feel completely at ease and handled everything with professionalism, care, and excellence. Everyone we have encountered at this location, including Aquarius, has been incredibly kind, supportive, and welcoming. Our organization serves and feeds communities throughout Houston, supporting individuals and families impacted by homelessness, mental health challenges, addiction, and food insecurity, including hardworking individuals facing difficult seasons. MorningStar Storage has been a true blessing to our nonprofit, allowing us to safely store the items we distribute weekly so we can reach more, do more, and feed more. Having access to a clean, safe, and reliable storage space directly impacts the number of people we are able to serve, and Mark Silva has played a huge role in making that possible. The facility is super clean, extremely safe, and welcoming. If there is such a thing as a storage facility that feels like home, this is it. I just want to start off by saying BJ needs a raise! Iono how much she gets but she should get even more! She was so amazingly kind and helpful. I’ve never had to go thru the process of getting a storage and there’s a lot going on for me rn but she handled everything i needed and got all my things into a nice spacious unit! Her guest service is phenomenal and i appreciate how patient she was with me! If you’re looking for a storage unit that’s 24 hors, that’s safe, clean & reliable w/ a respectful front desk staff look no furtherrr!!
