I came in with my mom looking for a unit Upon arriving angel greeted us when entering the office door, Not only did Angel show us the units but she was informational with property policies and rules. She informed us of a great promotion the company offers and set us up for a reservation with no cost. She was very kind and went above and beyond customer service needs and exemplified the businesses integrity. I will be recommending anyone and everyone We know in need of a great storage facility, pricing and Staff to Mountain Avenue Self Storage off of Holt & Mountain specifically Angel’s office where anyone in need can be helped by her! 100/10 experience

If I could give negative stars, I would. The office is rarely open, and there never seems to be anyone available on the property. On the few occasions I did encounter an employee, she was extremely unprofessional and rude. Unfortunately, due to the poor service and lack of communication, I decided to take my business elsewhere.

Mountain Avenue Self Storage is the best! The facility is super clean, secure, and easy to access. The staff , especially Angel is always friendly and helpful!!! Prices are fair, and I feel confident knowing my belongings are safe here. Highly recommend to anyone looking for somewhere reliable
