Management is attentive, professional, and truly cares about their customers’ needs. The location is excellent—convenient, clean, and easy to access. Throughout the entire time I have been here, I have never had any issues with theft, which really speaks to how secure and well-managed the property is. I highly recommend Move It Self Storage to anyone looking for reliable storage with outstanding customer service.

Since the new manager Delilah has been at this location, there’s been a noticeable improvement. The staff is much more friendly and helpful, and the overall customer service has gotten better. Security has also improved, which gives me peace of mind. I’m really happy with the changes and would definitely recommend this storage facility.

It's out first time renting a storage unit, we didn't even know we needed to buy a lock. The on site service agent was a huge help and helped us with advice and got us into a unit that was the right size for us. She did an amazing job, thank you!
