Move It Self Storage

I went there to get a space and be cause I was a women he was so rude to me. Hire someone with manners. He is terrible representative for this company. He is horrible and doesn't care about his customers. Move it storage should get someone with great customer service experience. He has none, and called the lady at a previous storage I rented at and said I'm not giving you my name after I put a bad review on her. Wow gossiping about me, I was paying my bill. Do better Move it storage!!!!!!

First time purchase on our beautiful RV and shopped around for over a week to look for a place to store in the meantime. We were recommended out to Movie it Storage Creek location by another rep at the Holly location. When we arrived Rene drove us around and quickly found our place to park and we feel comfortable with being able to access it when needed. Thank you guys for the great customer service provided to ease our worry and helping us find a home for our new beauty. Need a place to store your RV, boat, trailer etc. give them a call.

I am so pleased to have found a great place to store my RV. The faculty is clean, safe and secure. The customer service from Renee is above and beyond as he took the time to show and explain all the options for me. Unfortunately some of the other tenants aren't the best at parking their rigs so I can't open my door all the way and I definitely can't put my steps out because my neighbor is over the halfway point in the section I wanted to stay in. Renee was willing to work with me on a temporary solution until another spot in the section I want opens up where I fit better. I highly recommend this facility and know I will be very happy here.
